You say models can only be evaluated for usefulness.  But is not usefulness part of a model?

Having looked at the models of other religions and ideologies I then aim to persuade them  that all other models ultimately deny human freedom and deny the love of God.   That means I evaluate their models  for usefulnes.   But that depends on a previous commitment to freedom and love.  Freedom and love are quite useless for those who don't want them.  The desire for these is  apparently found among all little children, so they do not seem to be model dependent.
