A prominent Evangelical has resigned from the Canadian Anglican
Church. What is your view?

Answer by Robert Brow (www.brow.on.ca) Aurora, Ontario

On this website I teach that in the New Testament there is only one
church in each city (explained in the book The Church in my City). In
a big modern city there are hundreds of congregations each more or
less connected with a denomination.  It is wrong to call a
denomination, like the Anglicans, a church. There are faults in all
denominations, in every congregation, and in each one of us. You can
decide to move and worship with another group, but it makes no sense
to resign from a denomination.
